During early access
Brandlane is in early access and doesn’t charge for its service, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. You can stop using Brandlane at any time.
When paid plans start
Before any paid plan begins, this page will set out exactly how cancellations and refunds work, including how to cancel, when a cancellation takes effect and how long a refund takes to reach you. We will not charge you before you have agreed to a plan and these terms.
WhatsApp charges from Meta
Meta charges for WhatsApp messaging separately and bills you directly. Those charges are covered by Meta’s own terms, not this policy.
